Director - Business Operations
Femi Enitan is a senior partner and Director of Business Operations at Leadwood Consulting Group. A seasoned professional with a diverse industry and domain experience ranging from HealthCare, Aviation, Information Technology, and Financial Services, Femi brings over 16 years of leadership, and Consulting experience to the team.
Prior to Leadwood, Femi successfully managed and executed several multi-million dollars projects that resulted in major advancement in the organization’s operations.
Femi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration with Health Care Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Dr. Vivian Obia, PharmD
Director - Pharmacy Operations
Dr. Vivian Obia is a clinical pharmacist with over nine years of practical experience in various clinical care settings across multiple regions. She has an extensive background in Community, Long Term Care, Specialty, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and Hospital settings making her an integral part of any health care team.

She has also served in a multitude of leadership roles in her professional career as a trusted and collaborative clinical care expert.

Dr. Obia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Chicago State University.
Yollanda Hilliman
Director - Project/Program Mngmt.
Yollanda Hilliman has over thirteen years of experience in the healthcare field. The first few years in the healthcare industry were dedicated to pediatric bedside care as a Registered Respiratory therapist in both the acute critical care and non-acute general care environments. In 2014 she transitioned from bedside care to an administrative role and has held various leadership roles over the last few years.

She has spearheaded the implementation of large-scale telemedicine programs and facilitated their ongoing operations & program management. Today, she works with a national payor where her main role is working collaboratively across clinical operations & technology teams to design clinical solutions for their telemedicine platform and patients.
She holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Care from Midwestern State University.
